Kvs admission 2025: The process of admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya Balwatika-2, class 2 to 10th and 12th class has started. Parents and students can register by 11 April. The process of admission in all classes is offline. Parents will have to go to the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya with their children and complete the admission process.
According to the instructions issued by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), parents and parents applying for admission of their child in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) will have to submit the application form offline between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm in their respective schools. According to the admission schedule, the first provisional list will be announced on 17 April, in which the admission process will run from 18 April to 21 April 2025.
KVS Admission 2025: Age Limit
According to the admission guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), the age limit for Balwatika classes should be as follows-
Between 3 and 4 years for Balwatika-1
Between 4 and 5 years for Balwatika-2
Between 5 and 6 years for Balwatika-3
The age limit is calculated till 31 March 2025.
First provisional list will be released on 17 April
The first provisional list for admission of Balawatika-2 and Class 2 will be announced on 17 April 2025. The admission process will begin on 18 April and end on 21 April 2025. The last date for admission to all classes except class 11 is 30 June 2025.
Documents required for KVS admission
Birth certificate (photocopy), updated service certificate (if applicable), parents/guardian transfer certificate (if applicable), residence certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate (if applicable), economically weaker class (EWS) certificate (if applicable), Aadhar card (photocopy), APAAR IDA Card (Photocopy), APAAR IDA Card and Back IDAR IDA Card and Back IDAR IDA Card and Back IDAR IDA card and back (Photocopy).
Please tell that the registration process for Balawatika-1, Balwatika-3 and class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalaya was completed in March 2025. The lottery results for class 1 were declared on 27 March 2025, while the first provisional list for Balwatika-1 and Balwatika-3 has already been made available on the official portal balvatika.kvs.gov.in.
