Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted such that the whole of Pakistan got chilly on India’s victory in the final of the Asia Cup 2025. PM Modi congratulated India’s victory with Operation Sindoor and congratulated the Indian team, on which Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav said that it is very good for the leader of the country to bat on the front foot.
‘Leader of our country batting on frontfoot’
Indian cricket team captain Suryakumar Yadav said, “It is good when the country’s leader bats on the front foot. It is as if he himself is scoring runs with a strike. It was very good to see this and when the head is standing in front, the players will definitely play openly.”
Sky said for not taking trophy from Mohsin Naqvi
The Indian team refused to take the Asia Cup 2025 trophy from ACC chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Regarding this, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav said, “I will not call it a controversy. If you have seen, people have posted pictures of the trophy here and there, but the real trophy is when you win the hearts of people. The real trophy is the real trophy. The real trophy is the work and effort of so many people on the ground.”
Suryakumar Yadav said, “The most important thing is that the whole country is celebrating. When we go back (India), it will be nice and we will get inspiration and encouragement to perform well.”

PM Modi congratulated the Indian team by referring to Operation Sindoor
India won the Asia Cup for the ninth time by defeating Pakistan by five wickets in the final with the help of Tilak Verma’s brilliant half -century. The Indian team, who was unbeatable throughout the tournament, also scored a hat -trick of victory against Pakistan in the tournament. Prime Minister Modi tweeted after India’s victory, “Operation vermilion in the playground. The result is the same … India’s victory. Congratulations to our cricketers. ”
Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav will donate the entire match fee from the Asia Cup to the Indian Army and Pahalgam terrorist attack victims. Suryakumar wrote on X after the match, “I have decided to donate my entire match fees from this tournament to the victims of our armed forces and Pahalgam terrorist attacks. You are always in my thoughts. Jai Hind.”
