Bankers in Maharashtra on Friday appealed to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to provide security to him. After several incidents of attacks on employees in banks across the state, the bank union has written a letter to the CM. The United Forum of Bank Unions wrote in the letter that Raj Thackeray’s party Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers are coming to the banks and threatening the employees. The workers pressurize all the display boards of the bank to get it installed in Marathi and only to speak Marathi to the employees. The letter also mentions the attacks on them.
