For the convenience of devotees, the fair area has 1.50 lakh toilets, more than 4 lakh dustbins. For whose cleanliness, 800 teams of scavengers have been formed. This is the biggest cleaning campaign.
One team has 12 people. There is a mate, which acts like the leader of the group. She is accompanied by a female mate. The remaining 10 are scavengers. The duty of one third of the employees has been imposed at night. This shift is from 8 am to 4 am.

A challenge in areas like Sangam, Airavat, Nag Vasuki and Arail is also that at the time of gathering so many people become clean and difficult. In such a situation, the administration has increased the duty of scavengers in these areas at night, as the crowd is slightly less at that time. This makes it easier to clean the roads.
100-150 sweepers have been added to the municipal corporation for cleanliness. Also, the duty of 6 Executive Officer (EO) has been imposed on the Sangam Noj from the Municipal Development Department. The work of changing street sweeping and liner bags is done mostly at night. The entire fair is divided into 25 sectors. There are some circles in each sector, which are handled by circle incharge.

This is how the confluence of the Sangam Noj is being cleaned Sangam nose is the center of attraction of devotees. This is the most crowded area. When people go there for bathing, their clothes and other goods leave the ghat as ‘donation’.
In such a situation, 6 EOs of the city development department act as a supervisor. He monitors the work of scavengers. Quick Response Team (QRT) has been formed for cleaning at the ghat. TRAI skimmers are also being run. Cleanliness is also being promoted through boat and sieve.
Use of modern machines to clean garbage About 600 metric tonnes of garbage is coming out every day in Mahakumbh. Many machines are also being used to remove and clean it. In these, vehicles like compactors, comments, DCM, tractor-trolley are being used.
120 tippers and 40 compactors have been employed in this work. The scavengers take the garbage out of the liner bags and put it in the tipper. From there it is shifted to the computer.
It is then sent to the Solid Waste Treatment Plant in Buswa, Naini. Liner bags are completely biodegradable in the atmosphere.

Scavengers insurance, living arrangements Different types of insurance have also been provided along with the arrangements for the living workers. Anganwadi schools have been facilitated for their children. Also adequate medical arrangements have been made. These employees have also been given a kit. Which contains clothes, shoes, hats, cleaning equipment.
10 bathroom cleaning responsibility for a sweeper All the waste (dirt) that comes out of all the washrooms in the fair is taken out through the machine (suction machine) and discharged in the STP plant.
This time the Atomic Bhabha Center Administration has hired 65 suction vehicles or took it on rent. Whatever vendors are installing the bathroom, they have the responsibility of installing 1 sweepers on every 10 bathrooms.
1500 Ganga messenger monitoring ICT based monitoring of toilets is being done. It has an app, through which Ganga service messengers go in the morning and evening and monitor from mobile whether the toilet is clean or not. 1500 Ganga Seva Envoys have been deployed, which are volunteers at this fair.
