The bus from Rampur depot going from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh to Delhi suddenly hanged on the Brajghat Ganga bridge in Hapur. Due to which there was chaos among the passengers. Seeing the bus hanging, the locals also reached for help. After which the passengers were first removed from the bus. During this time, if there was a slight lapse, many passengers could have lost their lives.

According to the information, the break of the bus suddenly stopped working. The bus driver kept a brick piece near the brake for rest. When the bus was going towards Delhi on the highway, then this brick rolled and reached the brake. As soon as the driver applied brakes to save the second vehicle on the Ganges bridge, got stuck under the brick brake and did not work.

The bus was hanging between two bridges

Handling the situation, the driver turned towards the side of the steering bridge. Due to which the bus got stuck between the two bridges of the Ganges and hanged. Bus driver Anoop Singh has also suffered a minor injury in the incident. But the other passengers did not get any injury. As soon as the information was received, the local people and the police team also reached the spot. After which everyone took out the bus safely.

Inspector Manoj Balyan said that the incident took place at around 4 pm on the Brajghat Ganga bridge. There were about 16 passengers in a bus going from Rampur to Delhi. The investigation has revealed the negligence of the driver. Because he kept a brick in the bus for rest. It got stuck in the brick break. Due to which the break stopped working. Currently all passengers are safe. The bus hanging from the bridge has been taken out.
