Idgah Mosque was built by Aurangzeb in the year 1670. The Hindu side claims that the mosque has been built on the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi. It has demanded to remove it from there.
In fact, on March 5, the Hindu side lawyer Mahendra Pratap Singh filed a petition to declare the disputed structure. The court had told that the mosque does not have land papers, they have encroached. Why should it be called a mosque? Therefore, the mosque should also be declared a disputed structure.
The Muslim side had filed an objection against it. It was said- The demand for Hindu side is completely wrong. In this case, Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra has been heard four times in a single bench. Apart from this petition, 18 other petitions of the Hindu side are also being heard separately in the High Court.
Claim of Hindu side- Earlier there was a temple in place of mosque The Hindu side had said in the petition- the first temple was in place of the royal Idgah. The Muslim side could not present any evidence of being there in the court till date. What is being called a mosque, there are symbols of Hindu deities on its walls.
By encroaching someone’s land, that land does not become his. Nor is the name of the mosque in the measles-Khatauni connected to the land. There is no record in the Municipal Corporation nor tax is being paid. Even the report of power theft has been done against the royal Idgah management committee. Then why should it be called a mosque?
The episode of the Ram Temple and Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. The same case is of the birthplace of Lord Krishna in Mathura. The court had declared Babri Masjid as a disputed structure before giving its decision in the Ayodhya case, so the mosque should also be declared a disputed structure.

The Muslim side had said in the objection- the demand for the Hindu side is completely wrong. It is a royal Idgah for 400 years, so the demand for declaring it a disputed structure should be rejected with harsh punishment.
