The tomb in the courtyard of a government house in 1250 quarters of the most special (VVIP) area of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, has created a controversy. Hindu organizations called it ‘land jihad’ and demanded action from the district administration. This area is located just one kilometer from the government houses of more than a dozen ministers including ministers, IAS officials and former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Deputy Chief Minister.
Chandrashekhar Tiwari, convenor of Sanskriti Bachao Manch, claimed that this tomb has been made recently and described it as part of encroachment on government land. He said, “The administration should investigate it and remove it, otherwise we will agitate.”
At the same time, local people say that this tomb has been present for many years. Some residents living nearby said that this tomb is old and it was built by a Muslim family, who lives in this government house. Watch VIDEO:-
90% government house, still the silence of the system
About 90% of the houses are government in 1250 quarter areas, where there are employees from class one officer to Babu level. In such a situation, the tomb in the courtyard of a government house raises the question.

Hindu organizations have submitted a complaint to the district administration, asking how this tomb was formed on government land? If it is old, how did government buildings be built around it? And if it is new, then why did the administration not take action on it?
According to Hindu organizations, this tomb has been formed recently, while the local people claim that it is years old. To resolve this dispute, the district administration will have to investigate and clarify when and how the tomb was formed. Also, the question is also arising that despite such construction in the government house, why did the administration and officials not raise any objection first?
