New Delhi. Indian Test opener Yashasvi Jaiswal will continue to play for Mumbai, the most successful team of domestic cricket. The State Cricket Association on Monday approved the withdrawal of their earlier No Objection Certificate (NOC) request. The 23 -year -old 23 -year -old batsman Jaiswal shocked everyone by writing a letter seeking NOC to represent another state from the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) in April.
The MCA said, “The Top Council has approved the withdrawal of NOC. Yashasvi Jaiswal had earlier requested this to represent another state. However, he will now continue to play for Mumbai. A few days ago, another Indian player from Mumbai, Prithvi Saw, sought approval from MCA to play for another state. His request has been approved.
Jaiswal had scored a century recently
Yashasvi Jaiswal had scored several records in his first Test on the tour of England. The 23 -year -old Indian batter responded to England in his style, which made a noise of Bazball and hit a century off just 144 balls. This was Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 5th Test century.
