Medical room facility starts at Ayodhya Cantt and Ayodhya Dham stations, Emergency treatment – Medical Rooms to be set up at Ayodhya Cantt Ayodhya Dham Stations LCLNT

Emergency medical rooms are being built for passengers and railway employees at Ayodhya Cantt and Ayodhya Dham railway stations. Officials said that in these medical rooms, registered doctors and trained para-medical staff will be present, which will provide free first aid to the needy passengers and railway employees.

24 hours service available
Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway Himanshu Upadhyay said that the railway is constantly making efforts to improve the facilities of the passengers. In this episode, 24 -hour emergency medical services will be available at Ayodhya Cantt and Ayodhya Dham stations.

He said that Northern Railways has made such arrangements at many big stations earlier also. Lucknow division has established emergency medical rooms at Varanasi and Lucknow Charbagh stations, starting this initiative. This facility started on 13 December 2024 at Varanasi Junction and has been continuously benefiting passengers since then.

They were treated
The medical room set up at Lucknow-Karbagh station has so far treated 41 railway beneficiaries and 18 other patients. This proves that these medical rooms are proving to be effective for passengers and employees in emergency situations.

According to officials, the medical room will also have small pharmacy and laboratory facilities. Apart from this, private counseling services will also be available. In the railway premises, they will be given immediate assistance if a passenger or employee is ill or injured and there will also be a system to deliver it to the nearest government hospital or trauma center if needed.

This step in Ayodhya is considered particularly important, because after the construction of Ram temple, the number of passengers here is continuously increasing. In such a situation, providing health facilities to the passengers has become a priority of the railway. Officials say that such facilities will be started in more big stations later.

The railway administration believes that such emergency medical services will not only provide relief to the passengers, but the employees will also get an opportunity to work in a safe and better environment. This will improve both the reliability of the railway and the quality of services.
