The SSP honored a delivery boy after returning the government pistol and cartridge missing from the soldier in Meerut, UP. SSP Vipin Tada thanked the delivery boy by paying an amount of ₹ 11000. Actually, after the road accident, the soldier’s pistol-certification was lost. Later, this pistol-digestion was found by a delivery boy, which he went to the police station and submitted it.
In fact, on 31 January, the soldier Neeraj Kumar, posted in the Meerut police line, was going to his residence Ganganagar by motorcycle. Then on the way, his motorcycle collided with an animal near IIMT Gate No-4 and became an accident. Neeraj Kumar was injured in this.
During the accident, the soldier’s official pistol May magazine (10 cartridges) were lost, in respect of which the prosecution was registered at the police station Bhavanpur. The government pistol/cartridge was quite searched by the police team and the award was announced to award the person giving information for the recovery of the government pistol/cartridge with a prize of Rs 11000.
Meanwhile, Ganganagar, a resident of Shring Yadav, got information about the theft of the said government pistol-magazine. On which he came to the police station on 4 January and handed over this pistol and 10 cartridges to the police. Shring Yadav works as a delivery boy in Jomato. On the way from Ganganagar to Meerut, he got the said pistol and cartridge on the way.
After the recovery of the goods, SSP Meerut Vipin Tada was rewarded on Tuesday by giving Shring Yadav a sum of Rs 11000/- for encouraging. Meerut Police has also shared its news on its official ‘X’ handle.
