Mother did not see school and got a son’s job According to the complaint given by the School Education Department at the Civil Lines police station of Rewa, Brijesh Cole applied for a compassionate appointment on 1 April 2025. It was said in the application that his mother Belakali Kol was holding the post of Assistant Teacher at Kol Government Secondary School Dhera. He died on 16 April 2023.
Brijesh along with the application gave the mother’s death certificate, affidavit for compassionate appointment, certificate of educational qualification, police verification certificate, affidavit and address certificate. On the basis of all these documents, on April 17, Brijesh’s post of Pune was appointed at Government Higher Secondary School, Jodori.
DEO Sudama Gupta, who was suspended in the case, says that this compassionate appointment was completely temporary. At any time, the service could be terminated by giving one month’s salary and notice.
A camp opened fake compassion for compassionate appointment On 21 May 2025, a camp was organized by the School Education Department in Gangev block of Rewa. Its purpose was to address complaints related to salaries of employees. Meanwhile, it came to know about Poon Brijesh Cole that he has been given a compassionate appointment, but he did not come to office for 15 days.
He did not submit any documents related to the appointment, so his salary payment is stuck. The then District Education Officer Sudama Gupta investigated the case. On May 22, the investigation of Pune’s documents revealed that the documents given along with the application of compassionate appointment were all fake.
Brijesh was given a compassionate appointment on 17 April. There are also DEO signs on the application.
Apart from Brijesh, 5 more cases turned out to be fake, clerk suspended Information about this entire matter was given to District Collector Pratibha Pal. On the instructions of the Collector, an FIR was lodged against Brijesh for taking fake compassionate appointment. Along with this, the concerned clerk associated with the appointment process was dismissed with immediate effect.
According to the then and now suspended DEO Sudama Gupta, 39 people were given compassionate appointment in the last one year. A team was formed to investigate all these. The team called all the people for document verification. Only 34 people attended it, five did not come.
When the documents of these five were examined, all of them were found to be fake. On the instructions of the officials, an FIR was lodged in the police station against these five and the concerned Babu involved in the process.

Shivcharan told that his younger daughter is married a few days ago, so everyone is at home. When we asked about Brijesh, he said that we do not know about him.

Just a few days ago my daughter was married, then Brijesh came home.
From last year, Brijesh was saying that his government job was going to be. We were all happy. After this, he started demanding money. First said that two lakh rupees are needed. He sold his wife’s jewelry for this. After this, when more money was needed, he sold aunt’s land. He had also asked me for 10 lakh rupees.
I refused to give money by citing the daughter’s marriage. I said- I cannot give so much money even after 10 years of wages.
Mama’s son fraud, make false documents However, Shivcharan says that our son has given the greed of the job by our relative Shriram Cole. Who is the son of Brijesh’s maternal uncle. Shri Ram prepared all fake documents. He also signed fake of my wife. The sarpanch of the village was also signed fake. He has implicated us.
Shriram lives in Rivari village of Jawa tehsil of Rewa district. Shriram’s father Chhotalal has been a teacher, that is why he has been associated with the education department from the beginning. At the same time, his partner Rakesh Rawat is a resident of Semaria tehsil of Rewa.
Rakesh’s wife Usha Devi is among the six people who have received fake compassionate appointment.

In the reply given by Brijesh Kol’s father to the notice, it is written that Shriram had taken 10 lakh rupees. We have given this information to the police and the matter is currently under investigation.
