New Delhi. Mahendra Singh Dhoni has applied for the trademark of “Captain Cool”, which is famous for his cool-style. This application was submitted online through the Trade Marx Registry Portal on 5 June. It states that MS Dhoni wants to officially get authority over this word. However, Dhoni has not confirmed this on his behalf yet.

Dhoni has been known as ‘Captain Cool’ for years. This reflects Dhoni’s ability to remain calm under pressure, whether it is to win India in the first T20 World Cup in 2007, win the ODI Cup in 2011 or to win the Champions Trophy in 2017. There are reports that Dhoni has applied for a trademark for this name, but how much truth is there, it has not been decided at the moment.

Interestingly, another organization Prabha Skill Sports (OPC) Private Limited applied for this name in July 2021. But it was rejected. The report said that after rejecting it, the way for Dhoni to claim.
