CM siddaramaiah muda case: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his family have got a big relief in the MUDA case. The Lokayukta police said that no evidence has been found against Siddaramaiah, his wife and others in the Muda case.

According to the Lokayukta police, there is a lot of evidence in the Muda case. No evidence has been found against the accused. According to sources, Siddaramaiah appeared before the Lokayukta police on receiving a summons, where the Lokayukta police questioned the Chief Minister for about 2 hours.

Talking to reporters, CM Siddaramaiah had said, ‘I have answered all the questions to the Lokayukta police and have told them the whole truth. Until the court’s decision comes, I am impeccable. All the allegations against me are false.

Regarding this matter, Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivkumar said, ‘He has not made any mistake. Despite this, he appeared before the Lokayukta police, respecting the law.

Know the whole matter

The entire case is related to the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) in which Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is accused of illegally alloting a site to his wife. This allocation was done when there was a BJP government in Karnataka. RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna filed a writ petition in the High Court seeking to investigate the allocation of 14 sites from Muda to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s wife Parvati to the CBI.

The petition alleged that this allocation was done in violation of the rules. For this reason, this matter is made of misuse of government land. There has been a lot of stir in the politics of Karnataka regarding this case. The opposition is surrounded by CM Siddaramaiah on this issue. After the decision of the High Court, now CM Siddaramaiah has also got relief from the Lokayukta police.
