The Mumbai Police has registered a case on three, including a woman pilot, on charges of sexual exploitation of a woman pilot. The incident took place around 11:15 pm on the night of 19 June, when the female pilot was going to her home from South Mumbai to Ghatkopar. The police gave this information on Saturday.
The woman said that her husband is an officer in the Navy, but she has not yet received government housing. Because of this, the husband lives in the residential complex of the Navy, while he lives in Ghatkopar. Police have registered a case under sections 75 (1), 351 (2) and 3 (5) of BNS.
The driver made 2 men sit in the cab According to the woman, the cab driver changed the route after 25 minutes and made two other men sit in the cab. One of them was sitting in the woman’s neighborhood on the back seat. He touched the woman wrongly.
When the woman opposed this, the person threatened her. During this time the cab driver did nothing. Police checking was going on at some distance ahead. Seeing this, both men got down from the cab and ran away.
On reaching home, the woman asked the driver the reason for the reason for sitting in the cab, then the driver did not respond. The next morning, when the woman told her husband the whole incident, the couple filed a case at Ghatkopar police station.
