In view of this, I request a humble request to you to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC), so that I can officially represent the new State Association in the upcoming domestic session.

Prithvi Shaw was dropped from Mumbai team for the Ranji Trophy match due to poor fitness last year. The Team Management had then informed the Mumbai Cricket Association that Prithvi Shaw is very high and has 35 percent fat in his body. He was then advised to do strict training to get fitness.
