‘Mummy … will not meet after today’, the cook of a retired judge in Lucknow committed suicide by hanging, family members made these allegations – Lucknow Retired Judge Worker Commits Suicide Was Accused of Stealing RS 6 Lakh Family Demand Justice KNOW DETAILS LCLAM

A man named Mahesh Nishad, who works in the house of a retired judge in Lucknow, committed suicide by hanging himself. There is chaos in the family after Mahesh’s death. Before dying, Mahesh had made a video in which he told his mother- ‘Mummy ji, you will not meet you after today, because they are going to commit suicide.’

Mahesh Nishad was the only son of his home. Her father is Divyang. The whole house used to run on his earnings. He used to work on a salary of just ₹ 12,500 months, but he was accused of theft of 6 lakhs. Due to this, he was very upset.

Kavita, the wife of the deceased Mahesh, alleges that Mahesh was forcibly convicted after the theft of the judge’s house. He was tortured mentally and physically. According to Kavita, the husband was working as a kitchen at the house of retired judge Anoop Srivastava for the last four years. Recently, there was a theft of about 6 lakh rupees in the judge’s house, which was accused of Mahesh.

Kavita asked the question whether only Mahesh was working there? Why was no other doubt? Why the rest of the people were not harassed. Kavita claims that Mahesh was being tortured mentally for the last 15 days. On March 17, Judge’s wife Vandana Srivastava called him to her house. During interrogation, Mahesh was beaten and then taken to the police station.

Kavita told that when the husband did not return home by night, he asked the judge’s wife where is Mahesh? In response to this, he said- we do not know, when you get the news, then you will tell. After this, Kavita had to withdraw money from her home jewelry and bank account, then Mahesh was released. But the matter did not end here. Pressure was made on Mahesh to make more arrangements for Rs 1.5 lakh. After suffering so much mental stress, Mahesh hanged in his own house.

On the other hand, Mahesh’s sister alleges that till the post -mortem and funeral was done, the police supported him, but after that he changed his stand. He says that if justice is not found in this matter, then it will be proved that there is a law for the money, not for the poor.

At the same time, Mahesh’s 17 -year -old daughter and 13 -year -old son has made only one demand that he should get justice. The deceased’s son wept and said- I want my father back. At the moment, the matter has come under discussion. The victim’s family is demanding justice.
