Congress MP Priyanka Vadra’s husband and businessman Robert Vadra’s difficulties seem to be increasing. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered a case against him under the money laundering in the Gurugram Land Deal case. For the first time on this matter, Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has opened the government and attacked the government.
Rahul Gandhi posted a post on X on Friday (July 18, 2025) and said, “My brother -in -law has been harassing this government for the last ten years. This latest charge sheet is another part of the same conspiracy. I am with Robert, Priyanka and her children because they have to face another attack of malicious, politically inspired slander and harassment.”

What is the whole matter?
The land scam case associated with Robert Vadra will be heard on July 24. The ED has filed a charge sheet in this case on Thursday (July 17, 2025). This charge sheet has 11 accused including Vadra. Please tell that this case is related to the land purchased in 2008. The ED has attached 43 properties of Vadra and his companies in this matter.
Vadra’s company Skylight Hospitality bought about 3.53 acres of land in Shikohpur village in Sector-83, Gurugram in 2008. At that time this land was purchased for about Rs 7.5 crore. It is alleged that this land was purchased by giving incorrect information from Omkareshwar Properties. In 2012, this land was sold to the real estate company DLF for about 58 crores. It is alleged that more profits were made by purchasing land at a lower price and money was made.
