Nagpur violence: Political rhetoric has intensified due to communal violence in Nagpur, Maharashtra. So far 47 accused have been arrested in this case. The root of the dispute is being reported to remove the tomb of Aurangzeb, after which there was a clash between the two groups.
BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya blamed Samajwadi Party (Abu Azmi), Congress (Imran Masood) and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi for this violence.
Amit Malviya accused opposition
He wrote on X, “Abu Azmi of Samajwadi Party, Imran Masood of Samajwadi Party, Imran Masood, and the head of Majlis-e-Ittehadul-Muslims, Asaduddin Owaisi, are responsible for the communal riots in Nagpur, who glorify a cruel Mughal ruler for political gains-the same rulers who launched millions of Hindus and destroyed thousands of temples. These people who do the politics of appeasement are working to spoil the social harmony of the country. Aurangzeb and other brutal rulers should not have any place in today’s India, so that their names should be recorded only in the category of invaders.
He further wrote, “How can the demand of removing the tomb of Auranggish can be insulted by today’s Muslim society? Which Indian Muslims will shed tears for the enemy of Hindus? Historical documents say that he was just a tyrannical. It should be unrighteous to get an inade of our holy land, it should be unacceptable for any society filled with self -respect.
Congress MP Imran Masood reversed
Congress MP Imran Masood retaliated on the BJP and said that the government is responsible for this violence. He said, “People are being fought among themselves under the protection of the government, the Chief Minister should take strict action against those who are behind this violence, whether they are of any religion, new stories are being built on the basis of the past, which are not in the interest of the country.”
