Ingredients:
1 cup sago
1 big boiled potatoes
1 tbsp chopped green coriander
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/2 teaspoon chopped green chili
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Ghee as per need
Rock salt
How to make:
1. To make it, first put sago in a pan and fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. If you start to smell lightly, then remove it. This will make the raw taste of sago.
2. After the sago is roasted, let it cool slightly. Then put it in a mixer or blender and make a fine powder.
3. Now add grated boiled potatoes, sago powder and all the ingredients in a large pot. Slowly add water and knead soft dough. Keep in mind that the dough is not very sticky.
4. Make small dough balls. Roll every dough from the cylinder like a paratha. Heat the griddle and cook the paratha on both sides and cook till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
5. Serve this delicious sago paratha with curd, chutney or your favorite vegetable.
