Rujuta posted a sample mile plan on his Instagram handle for Chaitra Navratri and wrote, ‘Weather changes bring a mixture of millet, millet, pulses, spices and dry fruits. You can eat this in Navratri to welcome summer light stomach and without sweating.
Wake up in the morning
As soon as you wake up in the morning, you should eat 3-4 wet black raisins, 1-2 saffron + 3-4 soaked almonds. This will give you energy to work all day.
Breakfast
After eating dry fruits, you can take bread with Rajgira Thali back or curd for breakfast.
Mid morning snacks
Shortly after having breakfast, if you feel hungry, then you should eat a small bowl of muscle melan.
In lunch

In the evening
In the evening, you can eat boiled and roasted sweet potato with buttermilk with ginger.
