It is said that the record was supposed to reach the court but it was made to disappear somewhere on the way. All these cases are between 2008 and 2021. One case in this is from 16 years ago, which was registered against a guest house owner. All these case diaries are of Kalyanpur police station. Kalyanpur police station head Diwan Pratap Bhan Singh has lodged a report against the police personnel. In which a case has been registered against 9 policemen including 7 inspectors.
At the same time, this incident has also raised serious questions on transparency and responsibility in the police department. Officials say that the matter is being investigated rapidly and strict action will be taken against the culprits. The policemen against whom the case has been registered are Inspector Devendra Kumar Ramchandra Dohre, Chandrabhan Singh, Narendra Bahadur Singh, Prem Babu Goyal, Dinesh Kumar Singh and Imtiaz Ahmed. Apart from this, a case has also been registered against two constables Brijesh Kumar Mishra and Pushpendra Singh.
