Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given him a special gift after meeting President Donald Trump in the US. After meeting Trump at the White House, Netanyahu gifted him the Golden Pager.
It has been confirmed by PM Netanyahu’s office that the Golden Pager has been presented to Trump as a gift. This gift is a symbol of Israel’s operation against Hizbullah in Lebanon, in which many Hizbullah terrorists were killed by a pager blast.
How did the blasts happen in Lebanon?
In September last year, there were explosions in the Dhadadhar Pagers in the border areas of Lebanon and Syria. Many areas of Beirut and Southern Lebanon, the capital of Lebanon, began to blow serial blasts in Pager in East Beka Valley. These areas are considered to be the stronghold of Hizbullah. After this, apart from walkie-talkie in Lebanon, there were also blasts in solar panels and hand helped radio. In many cities, including Berut of Lebanon, there were also explosions in the solar systems of houses.
More than 3000 people were injured and about 40 were killed in the blasts in the pagers used by Hizbullah for communication. The injured also included Hizbullah’s fighters and health workers. Iran’s ambassador Mojtaba Amani was also injured in this attack.
Netanyahu approved the pager attacks
Netanyahu had confirmed that he had approved the Pager attack on the targets of the Lebanese terrorist group Hizbullah in September, killing about 40 militants and injured more than 3,000.
Why did Hizbullah fighters use pager
Ever since Hamas’s attack on Israel, Hizbullah’s top leadership ordered its fighters to use a pager instead of mobile or internet for communication. The reason behind this was that the Israeli army and Mossad were constantly tracking the location of Hizbullah’s fighters. The specialty of the pager is that the location cannot be tracked by its use.
