In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, three people have been accused of assaulting a neighbor and cutting his nose. It is being told that the victim scolded the pet dog of the accused. Furious with this, he first beat him and his wife and then cut off his nose. According to the police, the incident took place on 8 July in Madaiya village of Nat in Noida district, when the victim Devendra was at his house. Then he scolded his neighbor’s pet dog barking.
The victim’s father Sukhbir Singh wrote in his FIR, ‘When Devendra scolded the pet dog, then the neighbor Satish, his brother Amit and his son Tushar came out of the house. They started beating Devendra and his wife Munni Devi.
The FIR filed on Tuesday said that he attacked Devendra with something sharp and cut his nose, after which he escaped from the spot. Police said that Devendra has stitches in his nose and he is admitted in a hospital in Aligarh.
Beta 2 police station in -charge Vinod Kumar said on Thursday that an FIR has been registered under sections 333, 115 (2), 352 and 118 (1) of the Indian Code. Two people have been arrested in the case, while one is still absconding.
