3. Curd

How to make:

1. Fry oats in a pan and grind them finely.

2. Heat some oil in another pan, add mustard seeds, ginger, curry leaves and semolina. Fry them for a few minutes.

3. Now add ground oats to it and let them cool down. After cooling, add curd, water, salt and chopped vegetables and make a thick batter.

4. Add fruit salt or baking soda just before steam.

5. Pour this solution in idli molds and cook in steam for 10-12 minutes.
