Within two days, the Waqf Amendment Bill has been passed from both the houses of Parliament by discussing more than 12-12 hours continuously till late night. However, efforts to stop it can start now. Opposition, including all Muslim organizations, are constantly opposing it. In such a situation, there are now three major options left in front of them. They are the support of the court, agitation on the streets and political pressure. Now the question is whether this bill can be stopped by challenging in court or can the government be tilted with protests on the road? Apart from these questions, questions are also being raised about Bihar elections whether the displeasure of the Muslim leaders of Nitish Kumar’s party will become a lifeline for the opposition?
In fact, court, agitation and internal pressure … This is now three arrows left, which has led to opposition parties and Muslim organizations on the path of stopping the Waqf Bill from Parliament in the country. It has started from Congress and Asaduddin Owaisi. Congress MP from Kishanganj in Bihar Mohammad Javed and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi have filed a petition against the Waqf Bill in the Supreme Court. The bill which was passed by 288 votes in the Lok Sabha and 128 votes in the Rajya Sabha by 98 votes against 98, Awaasi and Congress MP have filed a petition from the Supreme Court giving a plea that the bill is against the basic principles and civil rights of the Constitution.
How much relief will be available from the Supreme Court?
Now the question is that the bill which will become law with the President’s signature can stop it from the court? Similarly, from Ram temple, the opposition filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the independence and citizenship amendment law of Section 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, but every time the opposition suffered a setback. Then the reason for going to the Supreme Court is a Muslim vote, so that it can be shown that the fight was fought? It is also a question that the preparation to stop the Waqf Bill along with the court is from the movement? The effigy was demonstrated in Ludhiana. Slogans were raised against the Waqf Bill. In Kolkata, hundreds of people landed on the road to protest against the Waqf Bill. Sensing the call of this demonstration, police continued on high alert in sensitive places in all the cities of Uttar Pradesh. But there was no big demonstration in UP
Along with the court and the agitation, the third stake of the opposition is still related to the politics of putting internal pressure on Nitish Kumar’s party. The reason is that the opposition feels that the BJP with 240 seats could not pass the bill on its own. If Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu’s party did not support. Now many opposition leaders claim that Nitish Kumar can come under pressure from the JDU who left JDU within 24 hours within 24 hours. At the same time, JDU made it clear that he is standing with the BJP on the Waqf Bill.
These five JDU leaders left the party
Some Muslim leaders resigned first after Nitish Kumar’s party stood in support of the bill in support of the bill. Then some Muslim leaders of JDU raised the demand to return the bill, while the Muslim religious leaders started saying that Nitish Kumar has cheated, now Muslim voters will teach a lesson. In response to all this, JDU says that no one knows those who have left the party. Claimed that Pasmanda is standing with the Muslim Party. Meanwhile, the question is also arising that Nitish Kumar, who has changed the power in the last 20 years, has taken power in the hands of power, will he not know whether Muslims are angry on the Waqf Bill or not. Mohammad Shahnawaz Malik, State Secretary of the Minority Cell of JDU, State General Secretary Mo. Party member of Tabrej Siddiqui Alig, Bhojpur, Mo. Dilshan Rain, former candidate Mohammad Qasim Ansari and former youth JDU state vice president Tabrej Hasan resigned their line over the party’s Waqf Bill Stand. Now JDU says who knows those who resigned?
Will Muslim leader be able to put pressure on Nitish Kumar?
This politics can also be understood from such a lot that at present, the Muslim leaders of JDU are going to hold a press conference on Saturday for damage control. In fact, RJD, who gets a large part of the Muslim vote in Bihar, feels that this is a chance. Where Nitish’s remaining Muslim vote can be taken away. That is why a picture of Nitish was made a picture of Nitish in the Sangh uniform and writing a political attack from Muslims by writing Chitish Kumar. And then even claimed that Nitish is ill, only then has the support bill. Suddenly, the entire opposition feels that the conscience should be awakened by putting pressure from his Muslim leaders on Nitish Kumar or the JDU’s Muslim vote should be taken, but the calculation of Nitish Kumar’s calculation may not be known to the opposition yet.
Nitish Kumar takes one step in politics and takes one step. Did Nitish also calculate the resentment of Muslim vote? The reason can be understood that the total Muslims in Bihar are 17.7%, while Pasmanda Muslims in the state are 12.9%. The number of Pasmanda in the Muslim population is 73%. Nitish Kumar feels that Pasmanda society will come with him. The second reason is that if the results of the 2020 assembly elections are seen, then there are 47 assembly seats with more than 20% Muslim vote in Bihar. In which the NDA won 23 seats in 2020, the Grand Alliance got a big Muslim vote, even then its seat was less than the NDA. Here Nitish’s calculation is believed that NDA will benefit from distributing Muslim votes.
