Opposition of opposition on the Waqf Bill on these four issues, but why are it so breathless? – Opposishan opposes the waqf amedment bill on these four issues but why are they so weak opns2

After the Waqf Amendment Bill was introduced by Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav and TMC leader Kalyan Banerjee, AIMIM’s Asduddin Owaisi etc. opened a front against the government on Wednesday. But surprisingly, no one had facts. It was only in the name of protest that the government is harassing Muslims. No one replied to the issues on which the central government is presenting this bill. Nobody bothered to tell what should happen against the arbitrariness and misconduct of the Waqf Board?

Nobody answered the question as to why the poor Muslim should not get the benefit of 39 lakh acres of land. Nobody told why the fare of several hundred acres of land is being charged for only a few thousand years. After all, the government is going to end the amendment in 2013 to solve these problems. Instead of any necessary issue, the most senior and responsible leader of the Congress said in the meeting of the Congress party instead of any necessary issue that the government forcibly passed the Waqf Board Amendment Act from the Lok Sabha. The opposition did not make these special issues the basis of opposition to the bill and created some such issues which are really just like inciting the Muslim community.

1-Fat: Said, Waqf cannot be amended even though this happened many times

While arguing on the Waqf Board, those who spoke against the bill were describing this amendment as unconstitutional. Congress leaders Venugopal, Asddin Owaisi etc. gave their arguments to call this amendment unconstitutional. But there is no mention of Waqf anywhere in the constitution of the country. The first Waqf Act was enacted in 1954. Under this, Waqf Board was formed. The Waqf Act was first amended in 1955. After this, the new Waqf law in the country came in 1995. After this amendment, states also got the power to form Waqf Board. Then in 2013, amendment section 40 was added. Which was the most disputed in all the amendments so far.

The question arises that when so many amendments have already been made, why did no one call him unconstitutional? Today, when the government wants to improve that law again according to the demand of the hour, how did it become unconstitutional? Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijuji rightly says that you are tricking people except everything that has nothing to do. Rijiju said that there were only a few days left in the election in 2013. On 5 March 2014, 123 Prime Property was transferred to Delhi Waqf Board. There were a few days left in the election, you used to wait. You thought that you would get votes, but you lost the election.

2- Spread confusion: Said, the government does not talk while JPC was made

The most ridiculous situation is that people who opposed the government on any pretext were opposing the Waqf Bill without preparing any argument that the government does not want to talk. Congress member K.C. Venugopal accused the government of forcibly attempting to pass the bill and said that he did not give enough time to present his amendment. KC Venugopal said, you are really forcibly imposing the law, you need to give time for modifications. They do not have time for modifications.

After taking some objections on the process adopted by the government on the bill by RSP’s NK Premchandran, Home Minister Amit Shah said that the opposition was requested to form a joint parliamentary committee. We do not have a committee like Congress. We have a democratic committee, which discusses. There was a committee in the era of Congress, which used to stag. Our committee discusses, discusses and changes on the basis of discussion. If the changes are not to be accepted, then what does the committee mean. There is no issue of system in this.

Jagdambika Pal, chairman of the Joint Parliamentary Committee for the Waqf Amendment Bill, said that we have held JPC meetings in the last six months. We have heard the opposition 8 hours every day. Rijiju said that I want to say that the discussion held in the joint committee of both houses on the Waqf Amendment Bill has never happened in the parliamentary history of India till date. I thank and congratulate all the members of the Joint Committee. Till today a total of 284 delegations from different communities have presented their views and suggestions before the committee. 25 state governments and Waqf boards of union territories have also presented their arguments. Rijuji said that 97.27 lakh petitions were received regarding this bill introduced in August last year. JPC investigated it. Earlier, Rijiju told the media that this bill is in the interest of the country.

3-Why are people being given a place in the board?

The biggest issue of the Waqf Bill to the leaders of the opposition is seen as to why non -Islamic people are being included in the case of Muslims. Perhaps the leaders did not read the bill. He only knows that he is playing on this issue. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey says that it is a question of knowing the whole world as to why the Hindu Waqf came on the board. The first Waqf Mohammad Sahab was Jewish. He gifted Mohammad Saheb in his seven garden Medina. If Muslims did not do the first Waqf, then how can you stop Hindus by going against Mohammad Saheb’s principle.

Dubey says that I have brought an order of MP Waqf Board vs Shubham Sah. Hindus donate, very good but how did the other leave a Muslim on the Waqf Board. If the King-Maharaja gave the property of Waqf, then why wouldn’t you make Hindus a member. Today a decision should be taken in the country. Ghori came here, Ghajni came, Babur came. All three came as robbers. You believe or not. If you believe, then the first Waqf Ghori did in India. Looted the property of Hindus and gave two villages to Waqf. You cannot fight the pages of history.

Home Minister Amit Shah himself said that no non -Islamic person will be involved in a religious matter of any Muslims. Actually, the Waqf Board also includes many assets which are of Hindus or Christians. If the land of another religion is to be included, then how can a Muslim check its validity. Without understanding this, you cannot understand the inclusion of non -Islamic people in the board.

4- Spread fear: The rights of Muslims will be taken away, they are being marginalized

The opposition’s Waqf Board was not intention to debate the provisions of the bill at all. Perhaps this is the reason that no leader of the opposition discussed the issues, due to which the government is considering amending the Act. Opposition of the opposition is only focused on this in which only Muslim general public can be intimidated. Many strong thinkers, religious leaders are supporting the bill on this basis. On Wednesday, sweets were distributed by Muslims in many cities instead of stone pelting. Home Minister Shah said that not a single Islamic will come in Waqf. There is no such provision either. Minorities are being intimidated for vote bank. Waqf is an Arabic word. This means donation of property for religious purposes in the name of Allah. Donation is done for the same thing that we have rights.

Shah said- as far as India is concerned. It was changed after independence. This entire fight has been going on since 1995. This entire quarrel is of interference in Waqf. The discussion that has been going on since morning. I have heard him closely. A lot of misconceptions are among the members. Many misconceptions are being spread in the country.
