In the Lok Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah introduced the Constitution Amendment Bill related to corruption. As soon as this bill was introduced, opposition parties started shouting loud slogans. The opposition said that the government is playing with the constitution. Do not break the constitution between slogans, such as the sounds echoed. Amid the uproar, Amit Shah hit back at the opposition. He said that I was also accused of false allegations. I resigned myself. I did not take any position until the court acquitted me. Meanwhile, after Amit Shah’s speech, opposition MPs tore the paper and threw the paper towards Amit Shah.

KC Venugopal raised questions
The Bill of the Home Minister was opposed by Owaisi and Manish Tiwari from Congress. On this, Manish Tiwari said that there is a fear of its political misuse. I strongly oppose these three bills. Revolutionary Socialist Party also protested against the bill presented by Home Minister Amit. At the same time, the Samajwadi Party also opposed the bill.
KC Venugopal, a member of the Indian National Congress, has also opposed the bill. During this, KC Venugopal raised the arrest of Amit Shah as a minister in Gujarat, on which Amit Shah said that I had resigned on moral basis, I proved to be innocent. On this, Dharmendra Yadav told Amit Shah that you are talking about morality.
The purpose of the constitution amendment bill bill
The main objective of the Constitution Amendment Bill Bill is that if the Prime Minister, Chief Minister or any minister gets caught in a criminal case, then he will have to leave the post within 30 days. This provision has been brought to strengthen political morality and administrative transparency.
Opposition objection and house proceedings postponed
The opposition strongly opposed the bill and accused the government of changing the constitution. Due to heavy noise and sloganeering, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha had to be postponed.
