The Pakistan government as well as his army is facing strong criticism on social media for demanding the Nobel Peace Prize for US President Donald Trump. Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and External Affairs Minister Ishaq Dar has formally sent a letter to the Nobel Peace Prize Committee in Norway, which recently recommended the Nobel Peace Prize to US President Trump for ‘decisive diplomatic intervention’ during the India-Pakistan struggle.
Social media users are tightening and saying that the Pakistani government is flattering them to please their ‘owner’ US President Donald Trump. Criticisms intensified after the US destroyed the country’s nuclear program by attacking Iran’s Fordo, Isfahan and Natanj nuclear centers. US President Trump warned that more attacks would be carried out if Iran retaliated.

One user said on X, ‘Pakistanis, beware! After the attack on Iran, PM Shahbaz can not only advocate President Trump to honor Trump with the Nobel Peace Prize, but he can also offer him Tamga-e-Jurat (Medal of Courage), Tamga-e-Sujat (Bravery Medal), Tamga-e-Basalat (Bravery’s Medal), Tamga-e-Imtiaz (Magn-e-Honor) and Perhaps Nishan-e-Hader (Pakistan’s Honor).
Pakistani journalist Amir Abbas said, ‘The same trump was compared by senior leader of PML-N, Khwaja Saad Rafiq, once with Genghis Khan and Hitler-last night, the same PML-N government nominated those’ Genghis Khan and Hitler ‘for the Nobel Peace Prize. Political analyst and columnist Rahik Abbasi said in a sarcastic tone that the Donald Trump, which was opposing Western country war crimes, has been nominated by the Islamic Republic of Islamic for the Nobel Peace Prize. A person named Zeejis Ahmed said, ‘We are recommending the Nobel Peace Prize to the person involved in the massacre of Palestinians, and at the same time, we also claim to stand with Iran. Major (retired) Aseem accused the Pakistani army of taking decisions as per his wish and said that the ‘uninteresting king of the country’ is ready to sell the country whenever he wants. Another social media user Aamir Khan said, ‘Shahbaz Sharif, Asif Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and Asim Munir have nominated terrorists Donald Trump responsible for the massacre of Muslims for the Nobel Prize. What could be more betrayal with Muslims, our country and the people of Pakistan? The nation should justify them.
