The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has put the batter Babar Azam and wicketkeeper-Baator Mohammad Rizwan from the category-A to B. The board on Tuesday released a list of 30 players of the new Central Contract. The number of players in this has been increased from 27 to 30.
The category-A has not been included in the 2025-26 season. Last year, Babur and Rizwan were the only players kept in category-A. At the same time, young players Hasan Nawaz, Mohammad Haris and Sufiyan Mokim have been included in the Central Contract for the 2025-26 seasons.
