DGP Gaurav Yadav said that Gurpreet Singh is in the Indian Army. He is posted in Jammu. He was in touch with ISI agent Rana Javed, sitting in Pakistan. We suspect that Gurpreet has sent intelligence information to Pakistan through pen drive.

Leaked intelligence information through pen drive: SSP Maninder Singh of Amritsar said that Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi Fauji was admitted to the army in 2016. We suspect that he gathered the army intelligence and leaked the ISI agents sitting in Pakistan through PAN drives and discs while misusing his position.
Asks for money in the account of friends and relatives: The SSP further said that Arjun, a Dubai -based drug -based drug smuggler of Dhariwal, had talked to Gurpreet’s ISI agents 5 months ago. Since that time, Gurpreet was engaged in sending sensitive data of the army to ISI using already determined places. In return, he was getting money. He used bank accounts of friends, relatives and experts living abroad.
FIR at Lopoke police station in Amritsar: SSP Maninder Singh said that a case has been registered against Gurpreet and Sahil under FIR number 140 under Section 3, 5 and 9 and BNS of the official Secrets Act at the police station Lopoke of Amritsar Rural.

- June 3: A person was arrested from Tarn Taran of Punjab on suspicion of spying for Pakistan. It is alleged that he was sending military information related to “Operation Sindoor” to Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. The accused has been identified as Mohalla Rodupur Gali of Tarn Taran, Gagandeep Singh alias of Nazar Singh Wali.
