India on Saturday dismissed the charge leveled by Pakistan in which it held India responsible for the suicide attack in Waziristan on 28 June. 13 Pakistan soldiers were killed in this attack.
India’s Foreign Ministry (Mea) issued a statement about this and said, “We have seen the official statement of the Pakistan Army in which India has been accused of Vaziristan attack. We completely dismiss the charge and condemn it. This charge is only an attempt to divert attention.”
13 soldiers died
In fact, on Saturday, in the northern Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a suicide bomber collided with an army convoy full of explosives. In this attack, 13 soldiers died and 10 others were injured, while 19 people also suffered injuries.

According to the news agency AFP, the responsibility of this attack has been taken by the suicide unit of Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group, which is a group associated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Pakistan has been accusing the Afghan Taliban of giving shelter to these attackers for a long time, although the government of Afghanistan rejects these allegations.
There are constant attacks in this area
This attack is another example of increasing violence in the tribal areas of Pakistan. Since the Taliban returns to power in Afghanistan in 2021, there has been a rapidly in terrorist attacks in the tribal areas of Pakistan. According to the AFP report, so far this year, more than 290 people have died in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, including most security forces personnel.
