The youth have been demonstrating day and night for the last 3 days in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand.
Lakhs of youth have taken to the streets after the recent paper leak scandal of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC). But in this paper leak scandal, many questions are still unresolved, which no one has answers. The biggest question among them is how the mobile exam reached within the center.
The commission claimed that there was a severe search of the candidates at the examination centers. The rules were clear- nothing will be allowed inside the admit card, pen, money and car key. The ring and chain were being kept out.
Nevertheless, paper was sent out of the paper mobile from Adarsh Bal Sadan Inter College located in Bahadarpur Jat village of Haridwar. This is the biggest question: When it was so strict, how did it reach inside the mobile center?
Regarding this, Rahul Gandhi has also targeted the Dhami government of the state. He wrote on social media x – Today is another name of BJP – paper thief! Repeated paper leaks across the country have destroyed the lives and dreams of crores of hardworking youth. The UKSSSC paper leak of Uttarakhand is the latest example of this.

The commission says that there were jammers at the examination center. But the paper was taken out after taking photographs from mobile. That is, either jammers were not on, or they were deliberately weakened. Did only the accused Khalid had a mobile or more people brought the phone inside the center?
These questions have not been answered till date. Daroga Rohit Kumar and constable Brahmadatta Joshi, posted on center duty, have been suspended, but the real secret is still intact.

SIT track record deteriorated, CBI inquiry demands The Uttarakhand government has created an SIT to investigate the paper leak case. But the youth say that SIT’s record is not reliable. Out of the last 9 major cases, neither the culprits nor the investigation were completed. The SIT could not punish anyone even in the fake covid-test case during the Haridwar Kumbh Mela.
The Dehradun fake registry case is still stuck in the court. The accused arrested in the 500 crore scholarship scam were released on bail. At the same time, in the NH-74 land acquisition scam, there were allegations that the SIT worked to save the accused leaders and IAS officers. The accused in Haridwar ‘Dharma Sansad’ were also acquitted in the Hate-Spich case.
Hakam Singh, the main accused in the 2022 paper leak case, stayed in jail for some time and later got bail. Now in the current paper leak, the audio of selling paper for the same Hakam Singh has gone viral.

Khalid Malik, Suman and Bobby Panwar’s connection puzzle
Pictures of the paper were first reached to Assistant Professor Suman in Tehri. During interrogation, Suman said that a sister of Khalid told herself as a candidate preparing for the competitive examination and sought answers to the questions from him. He described Khalid as busy in a meeting.
Suman says that he felt that Khalid’s sister was preparing, so he provided answers through the photo. But later on seeing the OMR sheet in the screenshot, he feared that the paper was coming out. He gave this information to Bobby Panwar, leader of Uttarakhand Unemployed Association.

Cameras were installed here, but black foil was offered on them. The school management said that the organization conducting the examination had installed its cameras.
