Paresh Rawal Drank His Urine: Paresh Rawal used to drink his urine to cure injury, 5 doctors told how effective it is ‘Urin Therapy’ – Paresh Rawal Drank His Urine to Recover from His Knee Injury Know Whotors Say About This Claim and Urine Therapy tvism

Paresh rawal drank his urine: Actor and former BJP MP Paresh Rawal has recently given a claim during an interview, after which it is being discussed a lot on social media. In the interview, Paresh claimed that when he was hurt, he had cured his injury by drinking his own urine and he was also surprised when the doctor saw the report after 15 days. Now in such a situation, many doctors shared this video of Paresh Rawal and expressed their opinion and told whether this method is really effective? So let’s know what doctors have to say about drinking urine?

What did Paresh Rawal say?

Paresh Rawal said in an interview to The Lalantop, ‘When I was in Nanavati (Hospital), Veeru Devgan came to meet me and asked what had happened to me? I told them about my foot injury. He woke up in the morning and asked me to drink his urine first. Said, all fighters do this. You will never have any problem, just wake up in the morning and drink urine first. They asked me not to eat alcohol, mutton or tobacco, which I stopped. They asked me to eat food and drink urine in the morning.

‘They have gone. The next day I prepared myself in the morning. But I thought that if I want to drink urin, then I will drink it like beer. Because if you want to do it, you have to do it in full way. I did this for 15 days. After fifteen days, when the X-Ray was taken out, the doctor was stunned how this happened?

Urine therapy became famous with the people of Egypt, Greece and Roman?

The practice of drinking urine is known as Eurofagi or urin therapy which has been going on for thousands of years. The claims show that the ancient Egypt, Greece and Roman people also used it. They claimed that this could cure diseases.

In 1945, John W. Armstrong (John W. Armstrong )’s book ‘The Water of Life: A Trities on Urin Therapy’ made urin therapy famous, claiming that urin could also cure major diseases. However, modern medicine does not support these claims.

Medically urin is an waste product formed from the filtered metabolic byproduct. The body does not absorb it, so the kidney filters and sends it to the bladder to get it out of the body. To cure knee injury, doctors have strictly made Paresh Rawal’s claim of drinking urine. He says that doing so can lead to many serious health risks and there is no scientific evidence of this.

Doctors alert!

Dr. Ambrish Mithhal, Chairman of Endocrinology and Diabetes at Max Healthcare, wrote on X, speaking, ‘I am surprised by watching a video of a famous actor talking about drinking my urine for treatment. I start vomiting. Worse is that he says that he was advised to do so by another famous film personality. Apart from being disgusting, it is misleading for millions of ignorant Indians, some of which will definitely use it. Please do not drink urine nor any other or anyone else.

Dr. Sumit Shah, director of metabolic and bariatric surgery of PSRI Hospital in Delhi, wrote on X, ‘My general reaction to such things of famous celebrities is to ignore them. If a person wants to do this, then why do we care about it. Let them drink your own, cow or donkey urine. Doctors should stop stopping such people because the people of the country do not want. If we advise them, they will start abusing medical science and forma industries. Thousands of tweets will come that we are denying the old ways. So those who are doing this, I have only one advice, you see yourself.

Dr. Cyrich AB Philips, who is famous as’ The Liver Doctor ‘on the social media platform x, said,’ Please do not drink your or urine of your or others because a Bollywood actor does so. There is no scientific proof that drinking urin causes any health benefit. Urine contains toxins which the body works hard to get out.

‘Urin int Your kidney works very hard to remove toxins from your body through urine. Do not insult it by putting it back inside.

Dr. Deepak Krishnamurthy, Heart Disease Expert at Whitefield Hospital in Bengaluru, also wrote on X, ‘Eat healthy food, exercise, complete sleep, reduce stress, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, do not drink urine or someone else’s urine.’

Also know the opinion of doctors

Dr. Chaudutt Vaiti, director of Critical Care at Fortis Hospital in Mumbai (Mulund), said, ‘In urin therapy, a person consumes his own urine or using it on the skin for health benefits but there is no scientific evidence in favor of this method. Urination is actually an waste material that contains elements that our kidney removes from the body. Refringing such substances into the body can cause infection, imbalance of electrolytes and other serious side effects. I urge people to consult a doctor instead of believing in such unproven claims.

Mumbai (Khar) P.D. Dr. Aditya Khemka, Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Center, says, “Traditionally, in some cultures, cow urine or his own urine is considered to be treated.” But medically I disagree completely. Knee pain could be cured naturally over time. Pain continues to fluctuate. Maybe the improvement has happened by chance, not due to drinking urine.

CK of Delhi Consultant at Birla Hospital, Dr. Vikram Kalra, Consultant Nephrologist, says, “There is no scientific proof that drinking urine can cure any disease.” The urine contains waste materials, urea, salt and toxins which are deliberately sent by the body to be filled out. Now putting them (urine) in the body can cause harm. Drinking urine can cause infection, kidney functioning can worsen and cause imbalance in the body. Organizations like Mayo Clinic and American Cancer Society also do not support urine therapy. Today’s modern medicine has very good, evidence based treatment, so always move forward with the advice of a healthcare professional.

Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement Expert Dr. Prateek Hegde (Dr. PRETEK HEGDE) says, “Medically urin is considered a waste fluid, which has no medicinal properties.” By drinking this, the kidney is forced to re -filter the toxins present in urine without any benefit. Consumption of urin does not have any health benefits and due to excessive amount of salt, the condition of dehydration can be worse. Therefore, it is emphasized on not drinking it.

Dr. Pranav Honnavara Srinivasan, Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist at Fortis Hospitals, says, ‘We receive personal experience and personal choice in relation to recovery, but there is no evidence from the vision of science and medical point of view that there is no evidence from the sight of the urine. Ligament helps to cure injuries such as tier or other musculoskeletal conditions. Urine contains some elements such as electrolytes, urea and some amount of vitamin.

‘These are such substances that the body has already decided to eliminate. Putting them in the body again, especially in the treatment of bone or soft tissues, is of no use. Balance diet rich in protein, vitamin C and D, calcium and other essential nutrients helps the body to recover naturally. Drinking sufficient amount of water, staying away from substances like alcohol is also beneficial. They help in recovering from injury.

If you have an injury in the body or are sick, then you should avoid unproven home remedies and first one should take the advice of a health professional or doctor.
