Opposition MPs created a ruckus in the Rajya Sabha on Monday during the monsoon session of Parliament.
A 16 -hour discussion will begin on Tuesday on Operation Sindoor in the upper house of Parliament. According to sources, Rajnath Singh and S Jaishankar will participate in this discussion in Rajya Sabha from 11 am. Prime Minister Modi is also expected to join this discussion.
At the same time, the largest opposition party in the House has been given about 2 hours to discuss the Congress. This time party president Mallikarjun Kharge will start the debate.
Earlier on Monday, the newly elected Rajya Sabha members of AIADMK, IS Inbuarai and M Dhanapal were administered the oath. However, due to the uproar after this, the House remained postponed till 12 noon till 12 noon.

17 thousand trees will be cut for Kane Betwa project
The Ministry of Water Power said on Monday that more than 17,000 trees will be cut in Madhya Pradesh for the ambitious Ken-Betwa River Joint Project, including more than 12,000 trees in the Panna Tiger Reserve. The government said that the concerned project authority, district administration and forest department have not lodged any protest against the decision to cut trees.
In response to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Minister of State for Water Power Raj Bhushan Chaudhary said that the Ken-Betwa Link Project is the only river joint scheme under the National Perspective Scheme (NPP) which has reached the implementation phase.
