According to the 2001 census, the population of Patparganj was about 34,409, with 55% of the male population and 45% of the women. The average literacy rate of Patparganj is 70%, with male literacy 74%, and female literacy is 64%.

Manish Sisodia has been winning twice in Patparganj
Talking about the 2020 Delhi assembly election results, AAP’s Manish Sisodia got 70,163 votes and he won. Then Ravinder Singh Negi of BJP got 66,956 votes. At the same time, Laxman Rawat of Congress got 2,802 votes.
