PM Modi Attack on Congress: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday (March 07, 2025), ‘The Center has given loans worth Rs 32 lakh crore under the Mudra Yojana’. PM Modi took a sarcasm at the Congress and said, ‘Those who have zero seats, they cannot count zero of this amount’.
PM Modi said that there was a time when the poor were not allowed to enter the bank to take loans for their small business. He said, ‘Where would the poor person collect the guarantee in lieu of bank loan? That is why Modi, son of the poor mother, decided to become a guarantor of every poor ‘. The Prime Minister said that in the general budget of 2025-26, the proposed income tax exemption of up to Rs 12 lakh will benefit the salaried class, small businessmen and workers.

Addressing a gathering after launching the Surat Food Safety Saturation Campaign in Gujarat, PM Modi said, ‘We have given a loan of Rs 32 lakh crore to poor citizens under the Mudra Yojana so far, people who abuse us, who have zero seats, will not be able to count zero for Rs 32 lakh crore’.
Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana started in 2015
The Central Government launched the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana in 2015 to give loans at affordable rates to micro and small enterprises. PM Modi said that the campaign launched in Surat will be an inspiration for other districts to achieve the goal of food security. He further said, ‘Our government has streamlined the public distribution system by abolishing five crore fake ration cards’.
‘Nobody could remove poverty except us’
PM Modi said that in Surat, the administration has identified about 2.25 lakh new beneficiaries. Now they will get free ration under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana. The Center aims to give proper nutrition to every family of the country to fight problems like malnutrition and anemia. PM Modi said, ‘The people of India were tired of listening to the slogan of’ Poverty Remove ‘for almost 50 years. This slogan was raised in every election campaign but no one could remove poverty. My government succeeded in taking 25 crore people out of poverty in the last 10 years.
PM Modi said that he will hand over his social media accounts to women on the occasion of International Women’s Day (on March 8).
