Devendra Yadav said that the withdrawal of black agricultural laws by announcing a nationwide amnesty by BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi was possible only because of the long struggle of our leader Rahul Gandhi and along with him the farmers and Congress workers from across the country, from the streets to the Parliament. I want to ask Arvind Kejriwal whether the Modi government, which again wants to bring anti-farmer black agricultural laws from the back door, will the Aam Aadmi Party again stand with the unethical laws of the BJP like before. He said that Kejriwal was in the news by doing politics by tearing copies of agricultural laws in the Assembly, but by silently notifying BJP’s agricultural laws, he had given full support to Modi ji in the farmers’ protest. Devendra Yadav said that in the 2020 manifesto, Arvind Kejriwal had announced to give compensation of Rs 50,000 per hectare for crop loss, but in 2022, the crop compensation of Delhi farmers will be given by distributing checks at Rs 20,000 per acre. There was a lot of tension, whereas compensation has not been given to all the farmers till date.

Devendra Yadav said that not only the farmers were affected by the three black agricultural laws, but Arvind Kejriwal had taken action against the livelihood of the working class including farm labourers, commission agents, small traders and employees working in government markets by notifying the Farmers Law. . He said that Arvind Kejriwal is only doing vote politics by making pro-farmer statements as the assembly elections approach because it has become his habit to ignore the people after gaining power.
