Prashant kishor on kunal kamra: Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore has supported the stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra. He said that Kunal Kamra is my friend. As far as I know them, they had no wrong motive. Prashant Kishore said that those who think they are doing politics – they will not do anything like this.
The founder of the Jan Suraj Party further said that Kunal Kamra lives in Pondicherry. They do organic farming. They also do stand-up-comedy simultaneously, they have no political rivalry. He said that Kunal is one of those people who love their country. If they have used wrong words, then legal action should be taken against them. But I can say that they respect the country and its constitution.

Let me tell you that Kunal Kamra made an objectionable remarks about Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde during a show. After this, the police have registered a cage on them. At the same time, Kunal Kamra has made it clear that he will not apologize for his controversial remarks. He said in a post on X that he would not apologize.

After this statement by Kunal, Eknath Shinde faction got angry and also demonstrated outside his office. The hotel in which Kunal had taunted Shinde, was vandalized and a cage was registered on him.
