The Bombay High Court said on Friday- If the wife denies physical relationship with her husband, suspects her to have a relationship with another woman, then it will be considered cruelty. Such a situation is a valid basis of divorce.

Now understand the whole matter … Actually, the couple was married in 2013. The next year, both were separated since December 2014. The husband had applied for divorce on the basis of cruelty in the family court in 2015, which was approved.

The wife had challenged the decision of the Family Court in the High Court and also demanded a living allowance of Rs 1 lakh per month from her husband.

Wife said- I love husband, husband said- accused of infidelity The woman had said in her petition- her in-laws harassed her, but still she loves her husband and does not want a divorce.

The husband said in his petition that the wife denied physical relations and made allegations of infidelity. Also embarrassed in front of family, friends and employees. The husband also said that the wife had left her and went to her maternal home.
