Shambhu border bulldozer action: Farmers were performing continuously for the last several months on the Punjab Haryana border, but as soon as they were removed on the night of Wednesday (19 March 2025), then politics has started. Politics is being done fiercely on this issue from road to MP. Opposing the forced removal of the police, the Congress MPs coming from Punjab in the Parliament House complex called the Bhagwant Man Sarkar of Punjab as anti -farmer. Congress leaders even told Bhagwant Maan Sarkar to stabbing the dagger in the back of the farmers.

During the protests held in the Parliament House complex, the MPs of Punjab not only raised questions on Bhagwant Maan government and also called the BJP government at the Center as anti -farmer. Congress MPs opposed the Bhagwant Maan Sarkar, saying that Bhagwant Man government forcibly removed the protesting farmers from the Punjab Haryana border, but now it is also the responsibility of Bhagwant Man Sarkar that farmers who were constantly talking about coming to Delhi should be allowed to protest in Delhi.

Amidst all this, Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Chaudhary said that Bhagwant Man Sarkar of Punjab has done the work of removing farmers from the protest site. He said that Bhagwant Maan will have to answer why this forcibly did this, but the Modi government of the Center is continuously bringing new schemes in the interest of farmers. Along with this, steps are being taken continuously regarding the upliftment of farmers.
Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Chaudhary said that Congress and Aam Aadmi Party have been doing politics only against the Annadas of the country. The Minister of State for Agriculture said, “Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are all met. All do politics on this issue.” Bhagirath Chaudhary asked that when the Congress was in government, why the MSP of farmers was not increased?

However, many leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party are now citing financial loss to Punjab due to this continuous demonstration. The protesting farmers had been protesting at the border of the Haryana-Punjab border for the last several months, due to which the border was closed for the last several months. The matter had also reached the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court had also formed a committee to talk to the protesting farmers, but no solution was found. After this, the government was constantly talking to the protesting farmers at its level, but every time the conversation was proving to be inconclusive.
