He said that Punjab received more rain than the IMD estimate, while we depend on their estimate. He said that all the water from Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan came to the rivers of Punjab. The minister said that the Punjab government should have control of Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB).
