Ragging case in Kerala 7 Seniors Beat First Year Student Give Him Spitting Water to drink

Ragging case in kerala: A creepy ragging case has come to light in Kerala. In a government college in Thiruvananthapuram, seven seniors assaulted a first year student for an hour and also tried to give him a spit water. The college administration has suspended all seven seniors in this matter. The police has also registered a case.

The case is of Kariwattom Government College in Thiruvananthapuram. Based on the report prepared by the anti -ragging cell of this college, the whole matter has come up in a systematic manner. What is the whole matter?
There was a fight between seniors and juniors on 11 February at Kariavattom Government College. A first year student was injured in this. He had filed a police complaint against the seniors. The seniors became more angry due to complaining to the police. These seniors entered the hostel of the first year student who complained and discovered it when he could not be found, he took another student with him with him. This student was brought to the SFI activity room. The victim student says that here he was beaten up on his knees. He was beaten up for about an hour. The victim also told that when he asked for water for drinking, he was spit and water. When he refused to drink this water, he was beaten further.

College and police action
Before handling the police, the anti -ragging cell of the college conducted a thorough investigation of the complaint. He also checked CCTV footage installed in college and hostels. When he clearly saw the case of ragging, he took action to suspend the seniors. The police have registered a case in many different sections according to the Ragging Prevention Act and the Indian Code in this case.
