Actually, Priyanka’s answer came on a question raised on SC’s ‘true Indian’. On August 4, the SC expressed displeasure during the hearing of the comment on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s remarks on the army.
The court had said that a true Indian would not say so. How did you know that China has occupied India’s 2000 square KM land.

20 Indian soldiers were martyred in the Galwan clash of 2020
In 2020, China deposited soldiers on the pretext of exercise in the border areas of Eastern Ladakh. After this, there were incidents of infiltration at many places.
