Rahul gandhi big relaifef: A special court in Pune has given permanent exemption from appearance in a defamation case filed against Vinayak Damodar Savarkar (VD Savarkar) for alleged objectionable remarks of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The court while hearing the case on Tuesday said that he has got top level security and he is the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha.
In the defamation case, a lawyer Milind Pawar, who was lobbying on behalf of Rahul Gandhi, filed a petition before the court last month in which the Congress leader was requested to give permanent exemption from the appearance. The case was filed by a relative of Savarkar and Rahul Gandhi has already been granted bail in this case.
Amol Shinde, the judicial magistrate (first class) of the MP-MLA Court, said in his order that the accused is the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and has to participate in many meetings.
What did the court say in the order?
Keeping in mind the security of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Z-Plus’ category, the court said in the order that the expenditure on security (during visit) and taking into account the issue of law and order on attending the hearing They are given permanent exemption from appearing in the case.
Rahul Gandhi got bail last month
In the case filed on the complaint of Savarkar’s grandson last month, Rahul Gandhi was granted bail after appearing before the court before the court.
