Rahul alleged that Maharashtra election was stolen. Just as the election of Maharashtra was stolen, an attempt will be made to steal Bihar elections. They have come to know that we have considered the Maharashtra model, so they have now brought Bihar models. This is the way to snatch the votes of the poor.

He alleged that the Election Commissioner talks like BJP and RSS leaders. Rahul said- do what you have to do, but later the law will dominate you. The law will not leave you. I am guaranteeing you that no matter how big you are, the law will not leave you. You are not doing your work.

Rahul said- It is not understood that this is Bihar and it will not work in Bihar. I want to give a clear message from here to do what you have to do but later the law will apply to you. No matter how big you are, sitting anywhere, the law will apply to you.

Rahul said- 10% voters increased in assembly elections Rahul said, a few months ago the Lok Sabha elections were held in Maharashtra. A few months after that, Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections were held. India won the Lok Sabha elections. A few months later lost in the assembly elections. At that time we did not say much.

After some time we started looking at the data. We found that after the Lok Sabha elections, one crore new voters were added to the assembly elections. That means 10% more voters voted in the assembly elections. When we discovered where these voters came from, who are, then things of surprise came out. The BJP won the seats where voters increased. All the new votes went to the BJP.

When we asked for a video of voter list and voting, the election commission was quiet. Not a word said. Said not once once. They told them that according to the law, we should be given voters list. The law says that videography should be given to us. Till date we have not been given the voter list of Maharashtra. Changed the law of giving video.

Congress had written a letter and asked for a voter list On June 25, the Congress wrote a letter to the Election Commission for allegations of disturbances in Maharashtra elections. The party had asked the Commission a digital voters list of Maharashtra elections in a week. Also asked to give voting videos in Maharashtra and Haryana.

The Congress had said that this is an old demand and the Commission can give it easily. On receiving the data, we will analyze and discuss with the Election Commission.

Earlier on June 12, the Election Commission wrote a letter to Rahul. In this, Rahul was called to discuss his allegations of rigging in the assembly elections. In response, the Congress has written a letter to the Commission.

Election Commission had said- elections in the country would be transparent On June 12, EC wrote in a letter sent to Rahul that elections are held in the country very strictly through the Election Commission’s instructions from the Election Commission passed by the Parliament of India. The Maharashtra assembly election process is conducted centralized at the assembly constituency level.

It includes EC appointed BLO, 288 Electoral Registration Officer, 139 General Observer, 41 Police Observer, 71 expenditure Observer and 288 Returning Officer and 1 lakh 8 thousand 26 booth level agents appointed by national and state political parties in Maharashtra. These include 28,421 agents of the Congress.

Rahul wrote- hiding the allegation confession

Rahul Gandhi wrote on X- The voter list of the constituency of Maharashtra Chief Minister (Devendra Fadnavis) increased by 8% voters in 5 months. Some booths increased by 20 to 50% voters. The BLO reported the votes of unknown people.

The media discovered thousands of voters without verification addresses. The Election Commission is silent on this. Is this complicity? These are not different disturbances. This is the theft of votes. It is a confession to hide it. Therefore, we demand immediate release of machine reduced digital voter list and CCTV footage.

4 allegations on Rahul’s election commission

1. Rahul had alleged that 32 lakh voters were added to Maharashtra in five years for the Lok Sabha elections, while 39 lakh voters were added for the assembly elections five months later.

2. He asked the Election Commission how the voters were added for more than five years in five months?

3. How were the more registered voters than the state’s total adult population in the assembly elections?

4. Rahul said that an example of this is Kamathi Vidhan Sabha, where the margin of BJP’s victory is almost the same as new voters were added.

Rahul had said- EC demands the names and addresses of voters

On February 7 in Delhi, Rahul was accompanied by Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut and NCP-SP MP Supriya Sule.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi had earlier accused of adding fake voters in Maharashtra elections. During a press conference in February this year, Rahul Gandhi said that there was a disturbance in the Maharashtra elections. New voters were added to the voter list, so that the BJP could win. Rahul sought the data of voters from the Election Commission.

He had said that 32 lakh votes were added before Lok Sabha in Maharashtra and 39 lakh votes before Vidhan Sabha. 7 lakh new voters have been added within 5 months. We have asked the Election Commission to investigate it. Voter list, names and addresses are sought.

The Congress MP had said that we want their photographs to be given. We want the voter list of Lok Sabha and Assembly. The names of many voters have also been cut. These are Dalit, minority votes. I am not making any allegations, but is there anything wrong.

Congress also raised questions on Haryana elections The Congress also questioned the results of the Haryana election in October 2024. The Congress had complained to the Election Commission claiming EVM disturbances. Congress leader Pawan Kheda had said that during the counting of votes in 20 seats, EVM was found to be disturbed.

Kheda said, it is strange that Congress candidates have lost the same seats in the machines which have 99% battery charge. At the same time, 60-70% battery charged machine is those on which Congress candidates have won. On the day of counting, some machines were 99% and the remaining normal machines were 60-70% charge. Our demand is that those machines should be sealed and safe until the investigation is completed.
