An important update has come out in the famous king Raghuvanshi murder case. A court of Shillong has granted bail to two co -accused Lokendra Singh Tomar and Balbir Ahirwar arrested in this case. Actually, Lokendra Tomar is the owner of the flat in Indore, where Sonam stopped after killing the king. At the same time, Balbir Ahirwar was the security guard of this flat.

Both these accused are accused of tampering with evidence. Police believe that Lokendra Tomar had helped Sonam hide after the murder, due to which she remained out of the police’s grip for some time.

According to sources, the hearing on the bail plea of both the accused was held through video conferencing. In this, the lawyer said that both co-accused have been accused of giving shelter not mainly in murder, but not a direct role in the murder and hiding the facts. The sections filed against both are bailable and they have no direct role in the murder conspiracy.

At the same time, the Meghale police opposed bail, but the court approved bail keeping in mind the arguments of the defense. However, the court has imposed some strict conditions granting bail to both the accused, which the accused will have to follow during the entire process of trial.
