Rajasthan Royals controversy reached London High Court … Raj Kundra accuses Blackmailing – IPL Team Rajasthan Royals Ownership Dispute Manoj Badale Accuses BlackMailing ALLEGAL ALLEGAL ALLEGAT RAJ Kundra Tspoa

The controversy related to the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals (RR) has now reached the London High Court. Team owner Manoj Badale has accused his former partner Raj Kundra of blackmailing. At the same time, Badale has accused Raj Kundra of breaking the confidential agreement of 2019.

Manoj Badale is the head of Emerging Media Ventures, a London -based company and has a 65 percent stake in Rajasthan Royals. That is, they hold the most share in this franchise.

What is this whole controversy of Rajasthan Royals?

Let us know that Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, had an 11.7 percent stake in Rajasthan Royals. But in 2015, after being found guilty in IPL betting, he lost his stake. Due to this, Rajasthan Royals were also suspended for two years.

Last month, Raj Kundra sent an email to Manoj Badale, in which he claimed that he was misled and deprived of the correct price of 11.7 percent stake. The email sent to Badale said that Kundra has lodged a complaint before the Indian authorities, as well as threatened to report to the Cricket Control Board of India (BCCI).

However, Raj Kundra said that he is ready to discuss the deal related to the restoration of compensation showing the original and current stake of the Rajasthan Royals franchise. It has been told in the court documents that Raj Kundra also sent a message to former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi. It was written in this message, ‘Badale had no idea how expensive it would be to cheat with me.’

Emerging Media Ventures has received an interim court order against Raj Kundra on 30 May, so that Kundra does not make any objectionable or defamation statement. Raj Kundra’s lawyer admitted that this order could continue till the trial is over, but it does not confirm that he has done anything wrong.

The performance of Rajasthan Royals was nothing special in the last season of the Indian Premier League. This team finished ninth in the table. Rajasthan Royals won only 4 out of 14 matches. Rajasthan named its first season of IPL in 2008, but after that its performance has not been as good and he is looking for another IPL title title.
