1. Chocolate Walnut Fudge
(Recipe by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor)

Ingredients:
15-20 walnuts
4 tablespoons butter
4 cups chopped dark chocolate
1 cup condensed milk
4 cup tight mawa/khoya

How to make:

1. Cut walnuts first.

2. Now heat a nonstick pan. Add butter and dark chocolate to it and cook on low flame till the chocolate melts.

3. When the chocolate melts well, add condensed milk to it and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

4. Now add mawa and half chopped walnuts and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

5. Put this mix in a glass tin, sprinkle the remaining walnuts and keep it aside for 2-3 hours. Cut into square pieces and your tasty recipe is ready.

2. Chocolate Mousse
(Recipe by Chef Kunal Kapoor)

Ingredients:
1½ cup dark chocolate
½ cup cream
1½ cup whipping cream
4 tablespoons finely sugar
A few drops of vanilla extract
Grapped chocolate for decoration

How to make:
1. Melt the chocolate and 100 ml cream in a double boiler and when it dissolves completely.

2. Now add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract and thicken until the foam comes.

3. Now mix the melted chocolate in it and add it to the cup.

4. Decorate with grated chocolate. Keep it in the fridge and serve when it cools down.
