1 cup dates (seeds out)
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
How to make:
1. Grind the seeds out in the food processor until a smooth paste is formed.
2. After this, add chopped almonds, walnuts and cardamom powder. Mix everything together.
3. Make small round laddus by applying ghee with paste of dates and dry fruits. Wrap each laddus in grated coconut.
4. Keep all the laddus in the fridge for 30 minutes. Your dates and dry fruits are ready as laddus.
Baked apple kheer

2 medium size apples
2 cups low fat milk
1/4 cup jaggery or honey
1/4 cup rice (optional for thickness)

1 tbsp ghee
How to make:
