Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu once again criticized the western media’s negative on Sunday that tried to hold the pilots responsible for the Air India aircraft accident in Ahmedabad. The Union Minister said that he has full faith in the Central Agency, Air Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) investigating air accidents.
The Union Minister appreciated the facts revealed in his preliminary report investigating the Ahmedabad plane crash. He said, ‘I believe in the work being done by AAIB. Earlier, black box was always sent abroad to extract data. This is the first time that data has been decoded in India. He has done amazing work. This is a big success.

American media reports may contain vested interests
Wall Street Journal and Reuters had indicated in their reports, such as Ahmedabad aircraft accident was caused by the mistake of the pilots. Targeting both these foreign media institutions, Naidu said, “AAIB has appealed to everyone, especially to Western Media groups that may have vested interests in the articles that they are trying to publish.”
Ram Mohan Naidu warned against spreading baseless things before the final investigation report came to light. He said, ‘It is not a good job for anyone to comment before the final report. We are cautious … We have to wait for the final report to come in relation to the incident and investigation.

Whatever the investigation report says is final: Minister Naidu
He said that it is too early to reach any conclusion before the final report came and advised to take precautions. The minister said, ‘Stay adamant on the report itself. Whatever the report says is the final. Preliminary report has arrived. They (investigative) need time. Many figures have to be confirmed. It is necessary to give them time.
